Cornell men’s hockey is on a tear after a massive weekend in New England. The Big Red opened the trip by dismantling Yale in 5-2 a high-scoring affair that featured a dominant offensive performance. The momentum carried right into Saturday night as the team secured a gritty 4-2 win over Brown to complete the season sweep of their Ivy League rivals.
The weekend was also a major milestone for the program as head coach Casey Jones secured his 250th career victory. With ten wins in their last eleven games, the Big Red are playing their best hockey at the perfect time. The team now returns to Central New York for a home-and-home series against Colgate starting this Friday.
